Come in and have our team of creative, highly trained professionals create a spa service that is specialized for your individual needs while pampering you at the same time. We are dedicated to our clients and their satisfaction is our utmost concern.

Our spa has strict rules and regulations about the use of Hospital Grade Liquid Disinfectant Systems and Germicidal Dry Sterilizers for effective sterilization involving our services. Our client's well-being is a concern to us.

Being on time is greatly appreciated. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your appointment if you will be using our steam facility. Otherwise 20 minutes prior is suggested. Locker room, shower facility, slippers and robe provided. We are not responsible for weather conditions, mistakes in directions, closed roads, detours, etc. It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time. Frequent Client Program
For our loyal clients we offer a frequent client program. After eight spa services, you will receive $10.00 off your next visit. It applies to services only with a value of $10.00 and above. This is not transferable with any other special offer, and cannot be used towards a gratuity or product. Please be sure to present your card at the time of service to ensure proper credit, sorry no rain checks.
Environment
The environment created for Laurel Spa is relaxing and healthy. For these reasons Laurel Spa is smoke free. Guests are asked to refrain from use of cell phone and lap tops. We love children but we are not able to accommodate children during your spa service.

Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability. Our spa staff will always try their best to provide a service time for you. It is best to call at least two weeks prior to the date you are requesting. To make a reservation call 570-839-0140. All reservations require a major credit card to hold appointment, all spa packages will require a 50% deposit. Please know that the hotel is not responsible for booking or canceling spa reservations
Payment Policy
Payment is required upon completion of service. Debit, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Spa Finder Gift Certificates are accepted. Hotel guest are welcome to sign charges to their hotel rooms if a credit card is recorded at booking with the spa. No checks are accepted.
Cancellations and Changes Policy
For all individual services, 4 hours notice is required to avoid a full charge of service. 48 hours cancellation is required for all packages. Group bookings 72 hours to avoid full charge. Please know that the hotel is not responsible for booking or canceling spa reservations. We are not responsible for weather conditions, mistakes in directions, closed roads, detours, etc. It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time. We take privacy very seriously. We handle your personal information as we wish others would handle ours. The Laurel Spa does not share, sell or lease your e-mail address or other information to any 3rd parties. From time to time we may send you unsolicited mail or email regarding new promotions or sales. If you would like to remove your name from these notifications, just use our contact form to let us know. Gratuities/Service Charge
Please note that a 15% gratuity is included in price. If you wish to leave more please let us know at check out. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates make wonderful gifts for both men and women. Gift certificates can be made for individual services, dollar amount, or spa packages. Please know all gift certificates have a one year expiration from date of purchase. No exceptions. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. Directions

Prior to your appointment, please notify the spa manager and your therapist if you have allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions, physical disabilities or if you are pregnant. Our facility is handicap accessible. Please call in advance for special arrangements. Lateness

Laurel Spa is an adult environment, for this reason all clients must be 13 or older to receive spa treatments. Manicures and pedicures have no age requirements, however all children must be accompanied by an adult. Pocono Manor Spa Packages

All groups or parties of five or more guests we ask that you please contact our manager to coordinate this function. Please note that there will be a $25.00 setup fee for special food and/or beverage arrangement. Hours of Operation
Monday - Saturday 9 am to 8 pm; Sunday 9 am to 6 pm under normal weather conditions. Holiday hours vary.
